Some interesting information about coffee:
Coffee is one the most widely examined substances and more and more scientific studies prove that when taken in moderate amounts (up to 4-5 cups daily), coffee is harmless and even beneficial as a part of healthy eating and physically active lifestyle.
It is agreed that the motherland of coffee is Ethiopia. There, according to records left by the Arabian physician and philosopher Avicenna, an extract obtained from green coffee beans has been used. It was only later when coffee bean roasting has been put into practice.
